The historic and legendary vessel Cricket II has been restored to her original design - with the exception of modifications to accommodate our Disabled Veterans and Wounded Warriors. Her days for profit are behind her. Her future is taking our veterans fishing.  UPDATE: April 2015 The Cricket II will make a public appearance at the Maritime Museum’s Wooden Boat Show in Beaufort, NC, on May 2. A replica of the 1,080 lb mako, the all-tackle record caught on 50# test line, will be on display.  Memorabilia, shark tags and t-shirts will be available for donations.  In support of the Cricket II project, a 13-foot juniper skiff valued at $1,250, will be raffled off at the show. Second prize in the raffle is a half-day fishing trip aboard the Cricket for six passengers.  Tickets are available for $5 each or five for $20 at the boat show or below at Give Now.
